How fresh are the dates?
We pack in small batches before each delivery day, so what you get is recently packed.
How should I store them?
Keep dates sealed in a cool, dry place for up to 2 months, or refrigerate them for longer. Nuts keep best sealed and away from heat.
Do your products contain allergens?
Our nuts and most gift boxes contain tree nuts, and everything is packed in a facility that handles tree nuts and peanuts. Each product page lists its allergens.
Can I change my order?
Text us before the order cutoff and we’ll do our best to update it.
What if something is wrong with my order?
